Tijuana, 1997. His first film “Los Fundadores” won Silver Puma for Best Mexican Film at FICUNAM 2021 and Special Mention in the Premier Film Competition at FIDMarseille 2021. As well as the Youth Jury Prize (UPV/EHU) at ZINEBI 63. His second feature “Agua Caliente” premiered at FICUNAM and FIDMarseille. In 2022 EUREKA University Film Festival dedicated a retrospective to his work. His third film "El Mirador" is currently in post production.
