Fr. Matthew Dearborn, a highly respected priest in the small town of Rowland, has been tried and found guilty of charges of sexual abuse with minors over a 15 year period. While awaiting sentencing, Dearborn wishes to tell his story and to only one person, local newspaper columnist Grayson Parker, who has been covering the story from the beginning.
